Refund policy

Guarantees and returns

All our products carry a 1 year manufacturer guarantee. It is the buyers responsibility to install the item according to the suppliers' instructions and provide proof of it.

Defective items need to be returned for a refund to be processsed.

All our systems are installed by a professional team with strong engineering support. We will provide support for our systems for a period of one year after installation.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via EFT to your bank account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at manna@use-rainwater.com and send your item to: Unit 4, Vista Park, 1 Ashgate rd, Umbogintwini Durban KwaZulu-Natal ZA 4126.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O Box 60, Seadoone 4141 or deliver it via courier to Unit 4, Vista Park, 1 Ashgate rd, Umbogintwini Durban KwaZulu-Natal ZA 4126

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
